At LAV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
